REGISTRATION DETAILS AND FORM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPAN ACADEMY (TRANSFUSION INTELLECTA) QUIZ, TRANSMEDCON 2023

Pre-requisites for participation in the SPAN Academy Quiz

1. Registration for the conference is mandatory to participate in the Quiz.
2. Registration details of the team (two students) and the endorsement from the HoD (duly signed with seal) to be sent to conference secretariat before the deadline date of October 15, 2023.
3. In the event your partner is unable to attend the conference for any reason, SPAN will make best efforts to pair you with another qualified individual, however, SPAN and the ISTM organizers CANNOT guarantee you a spot.
4. Please fill the below given Registration Form attach the Endorsement by HOD and send latest by 15th October 2023 to:
